Who We Are

Crossroads Food Bank, one of the oldest continuously all volunteer run food banks in the country, was first established in 1989 distributing food out of a closet to senior citizens in need. We have since grown, serving over 400 families per week. We've been fortunate enough to move into a new two story building fully equipped with a walk-in freezer & commercial refrigerator and large shopping area. When shopping at Crossroads Food Bank, it's similar to shopping at a market; you will be provided a shopping cart and shop off the shelves in our downstairs pantry location and then proceed upstairs where you will receive your fresh fruit, vegetables, dairy products and meat.

We are blessed to have 30 volunteers, who not only help shoppers, but also work behind the scenes. We're proud to help our community by partnering with groups such as  DO Good, Career Builders, Backpack Program, Christmas Toy Drive, and HE42U.

Our Partners

Crossroads Food Bank (CFB) has direct relationships with a number of grocery stores as a primary source of our donated food.  Our grocery partners include Birch Community Services, Fred Meyer, Grocery Outlet, and Safeway. These core business partners drive our ability to serve families and we are proud to have long-term relationships that support families and individuals who are experiencing food insecurity.
